Wilder Estate Subdivision

Hillsborogh County - Florida

This 100-acre project proposes constructing approximately 5,200 ft of two-lane rural roadway, along with the required sidewalk and bike path, to connect to the existing public right-of-way. These roadways serve proposed one-acre (+/-) lots on both sides. Roadway ditches per Hillsborough County standards, along with three (3) interconnected wet detention ponds with control structures, will be provided to meet the Water Management District and Hillsborough County water quality and quantity requirements.

3-Lots Short Plat -

King County - Washington

This project proposes three single-family residential lots. Access to the proposed lots will be provided via a private access easement road near the center of the property, connecting to the public road. Each lot will meet the minimum zoning requirements of a 50-foot width and 7,200-square-foot area. The proposal is to construct one single-family residence plus an accessory dwelling unit on each lot.

6-Lot Short Plat

King County - Washington

This project proposes to construct six single-family residential lots. Access to the proposed lots will be provided via an access easement at the center of the property, connecting to the public road. Each lot is designed and allowed to build up to four single-family residential units.

16-Lot Subdivision

Hillsborough County - Florida

This project proposes to construct approximately 5,600 feet of paved roadway to serve 16 proposed lots of 10,000 SF +/-. It is assumed each lot will build approximately 2,200 SF of residential home, including related impervious areas for driveways, sidewalks, etc. Curb and gutters with inlets and pipes will collect and convey water runoff to the proposed dry detention ponds at the entrance to the proposed site. A control structure will be provided to meet the Water Management District and Hillsborough County water quality and quantity requirements.

This is an approximately 16,000 SF (three-story Hotel + single-story storage) building, along with required parking, driveway, and sidewalk. A portion of the front of the property will be left vacant for a future luxury restaurant. Two (2) interconnected dry detention ponds will be constructed along the west property line to meet water quality and quantity requirements.

2-Story Medical and Professional Office Building

This project proposes constructing approximately 18,000 SF (two -story) office building with the required pavement for sidewalks, parking, and driveways. A dry detention pond with a control structure will be provided under the north rear of the building to meet the Water Management District and other agencies' water quality and quantity requirements.

3-Story Holiday Inn & Suites

This project proposes constructing approximately 13,850 SF of a three-story hotel and 4,200 SF of restaurant buildings, along with the required pavement for sidewalks, parking, and driveways. Three (3) interconnected dry detention ponds with a control structure will be provided to meet the Water Management District and other applicable government agencies' water quality and quantity requirements.
